I highly recommend Lash Bar West for both beauty service training & for receiving services. I took the brow lamination class and lash lift & tint class in November 2021, and with the training Jessica provided I was ready to offer those services the very next week. Jessica was extremely thorough about the entire process, with a huge focus on sanitization and safety measures for clients. I was nervous to expand my beauty services, and Jessica immediately put me at ease and answered all of my questions. The studio is super chic and inviting, and overall a very cozy atmosphere. I’ve contacted Jessica with more questions since taking the classes, and she always gets back to me with all information needed which is a huge help to have continuous support and mentoring!

I took the classic eyelash extension course with Jess and loved the experience. There was a perfect blend of hands on and note taking learning. Jess went into depth on not only the application of eyelashes, but also the science behind it, marketing strategies, and more. I felt like all of my questions were thoughtfully answered and really developed a strong understanding of the business.

Jess is one of the most educated, kindest, and caring business coaches I’ve had. She is honest with her personal experiences within business and I believe that is so important in todays day. As a business owner it can be scary to take those leaps but the advice and personal experiences jess has provided me personally has made my business ventured alot more clear.

On top of her expertise within business, she is an amazing teacher. I took her volume course back in 2021 and the hands on training was everything I needed. When stepping into the lash world it can be intimidating but I felt beyond confident have our course. The best part about her course is the hands on advice and on going learning she provides after the course is completed.

Jess is absolutely phenomenal at everything and anything she does. She puts so much effort and care into her teaching and is always there if any of her students need any help. She also does the most beautiful and clean lash work. She constantly keeps herself up to date on the newest trends and continues to frequently educate herself even after all of the years of experience she has. She is very particular in always keeping her salon space clean, sanitized and tidy. This is all around the best salon in Victoria, and couldn’t recommend the ladies at Lash Bar West more!
